Refund & Return
At NIGHTDREAMS.com.au we understand that sometimes the items you ordered will not fit or they are not what you expected. Therefore we offer 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, we will exchange them for you or give you a refund, provided that the items are returned to us in its original packaging, unworn with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/G strings etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse return of items where it is apparent that the items have been worn.
If you are not satisfied with the items, you can send it back with in 14 days from when you receive the goods for refund or exchange. You are required to fill out the Returns Form (included in the parcel)and send it to us with the return items, as we cannot process the refund/exchange without it. Please remind that you should responsible for the returning postage. We will charge 25% for admin and handling charge of full payment amount. Items must be returned in original condition.
When returning the goods to us, please ensure that a traceable method is used in case of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received the items.
Refund to your PAYPAL account will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of the return items. Please allow extra 3 days for the transaction to show up on your statement.
If you have requested an exchange of a lower value than the returned items, any refund due will be credited back to the bank account used to pay for the original order and we will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. The delivery costs paid for on the order will not be refunded. The cost of returning the items is at the customers’ own expense.
If you have requested exchange of a higher value, any difference due will be charged. Please note that we are unable to process exchange of a higher value on orders paid for with a gift certificate, where the costs of items exceed the value of the certificate.
If you have received items as a gift from someone, the items can also be returned or exchanged. The above returns policy conditions apply.
However if you request exchange of items at a higher value, we will need to contact the purchaser to obtain permission for the additional charge of their PAYPAL account. Alternatively, the difference can be paid using your own account.
